Being a silent spectator of the tumultuous history of the past 100 years, the Memorial Hospital, Fatehgarh has a special place in the small semi-urban and rural area of Farrukhabad, whose people owe a lot to this institution. It is run entirely under the auspices of the Diocese of Agra, CNI with all decisions made by a Committee of Management headed by the Bishop of the Diocese of Agra.
